About the camp
Camp meets weekdays at Gold Coast Table Tennis Club. Each day combines coaching, drills, and match play.
For beginners
No experience required. Campers learn grip, footwork, stroke mechanics, and more.
The facility
A 3,000 sq ft, air-conditioned club with Olympic-grade flooring. Same facility used by the club's national-level coaches.
Small groups
Campers are split by age and skill level. Drills are matched to each group.
Tournament play
Bracketed match play every afternoon. Round robins, ladders, and team challenges.
Chess instruction
The club has a full set of chess boards. Campers can receive beginner chess instruction.
Full day
8am to 4pm with a 90-minute lunch break. Drop-off from 8am, pickup until 5pm.
A day at camp.
Drop-off runs from 8 to 9 am. Pickup is open from 4 to 5 pm. Campers bring their own lunch. Fridge and microwave on site.
Drop-off and warm-up
Open arrival window. Light rallying, footwork warm-ups, and stretching.
Coaching block: fundamentals
Group instruction by age and skill. Strokes, grip, stance.
Intense drills and multi-ball
High-rep practice with coaches feeding from baskets. Footwork and consistency focus.
Lunch break
Campers bring their own lunch. Supervised downtime with chess sets, board games, and ping-pong challenges.
Match skills
Serve and return practice, point patterns, and game-situation coaching.
Tournament-style games
Daily brackets, ladders, and team relays. Cool-down at the end.
Pickup window
Open pickup from 4 pm. Supervised play and reading until parents arrive.
Pick your weeks.
2-week minimum. They don't have to be consecutive. Sign up for any two of the eight weeks, or all eight.

All weeks run Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. Two-week minimum. Non-consecutive weeks are fine.

Who is the camp for?
Elementary and middle school kids who are new to table tennis or have casual experience. No prior coaching required. Campers are grouped by age and skill level.
Is there really a two-week minimum?
Yes. Two weeks of consistent training is the minimum needed for campers to see real improvement. They don't have to be back-to-back.
What should my camper bring each day?
Sneakers, a water bottle, a packed lunch, and athletic clothes. All paddles, balls, and tables are provided. Campers can bring their own equipment if they want.
How do I pay?
